About the Role

The role leads the implementation of an effective quality management system, ensuring statutory, legal and contractual compliance. It works closely with stakeholders to strengthen governance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement, acting as a key enabler of business resilience and positive organisational change. • Deliver business plan activities on time and within budget. • Manage internal and external certification audits. • Analyse non‑conformance and drive corrective actions. • Review and improve management system content. • Coordinate reporting, metrics and communications. • Recommend risk‑mitigating improvements. • Support business development with specialist expertise. • Deliver training and manage supplier performance. • Client focus – own the quality of deliverables and build long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunity – champion continuous improvement and inspire team development.
