About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow established policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments, providing guidance, and supervising the assigned location when the Manager is absent. They demonstrate standards to keep buildings clean and safe, operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support general janitorial duties as needed. • Ensure facility operations comply with policies and procedures. • Coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to staff. • Supervise assigned locations in the manager’s absence. • Maintain clean and safe environments by enforcing standards. • Operate specialized cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely. • Perform general janitorial duties as needed. • Offer entry‑level opportunity for new or returning workforce members. • Encourage applications from veterans and military‑experienced candidates.
