The role supports the efficient operation of the injection molding department while adhering to current ISO standards, good housekeeping, and all safety requirements. • Operate injection molding machines according to print specifications and shop orders. • Follow all safety regulations to protect yourself and others. • Ensure correct mold installation and maintain proper machine temperature. • Maintain production standards through consistent performance. • Work at any workstation as needed to meet production demands. • Assist in any department when required to support overall operations.
