About the Role

The role follows a Monday‑through‑Friday, 7 am‑5 pm schedule at WM’s waste‑disposal site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, providing the stability needed for work‑life balance. Each day you will operate heavy equipment at one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers. Your work directly supports WM’s waste‑reduction mission and is performed under strict safety procedures. • Work at WM’s waste‑disposal site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders safely according to company policies • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, maintaining accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance • Works independently and takes accountability for safety • Occasionally handle objects under 30 lb

What You Bring
