About the Role
The successful candidate will manage multi‑location R&D projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners, and ensure performance across scope, schedule, cost, and quality. What You Bring
Candidates should hold a master’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related discipline, and bring at least three years of R&D or technical project‑management experience in the energy or industrial sector. Knowledge of transformers or product development, strong engineering fundamentals, proficiency with project‑management tools and analytics, and fluency in English (French a plus) are required, together with a commitment to regulatory compliance. • Communicate clearly to elevate stakeholder engagement. • Hold a master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. • Possess 3+ years of R&D or technical project‑management experience in energy/industrial sector. • Knowledge of transformers or product development is a plus. • Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals and energy‑technology expertise. • Proficient with project‑management tools, analytics, and gate models. • Fluent in English; French proficiency advantageous.
