About the Role
The Property Manager – Landlord Relations leads governance and coordination between JLL client leadership and multiple landlord organizations within assigned client portfolios. Serving as the primary liaison, the role ensures alignment on service delivery, performance standards, and contract compliance across all landlord relationships, driving performance excellence through structured KPI/SLA frameworks and systematic program oversight. In partnership with client leadership teams, the manager establishes a unified approach to landlord engagement, builds strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and translates strategic objectives into actionable performance expectations for all landlord partners. A core responsibility is designing comprehensive Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement frameworks that align with lease obligations, client expectations, and industry best practices. The manager also creates standardized reporting templates and performance dashboards to track progress across all landlord relationships. Performance monitoring involves regular data collection, analysis, and systematic reviews to identify gaps and trends, while structured escalation procedures address performance deficiencies, contract disputes, and service failures, documenting outcomes and corrective actions. The role organizes and facilitates regular performance review meetings with client leadership and landlord representatives, maintains detailed meeting records, tracks action items, and ensures accountability and progress monitoring. What You Bring
Required qualifications include a minimum of 8‑10 years of commercial real‑estate experience with expertise in property management, client relationship management, and vendor coordination, strong analytical capabilities for KPI development, proficiency in data analysis and project‑management tools, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Success is measured by client satisfaction scores, landlord performance improvement against established KPIs and SLAs, reduction in escalated issues, stakeholder engagement levels, and effective adoption of governance processes. The position is on‑site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a scheduled 48‑hour work week. • Minimum 8‑10 years of commercial real‑estate property management and client relationship experience. • Proven ability to manage complex multi‑stakeholder environments and drive performance improvements. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and project‑management software. • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation abilities. • Success measured by client satisfaction, landlord KPI improvement, reduced escalations, and governance adoption.
