About the Role

• Ensure accurate charges and credit are posted and collect payment • Handle credit card and cash transactions and balance cash‑related postings • Issue safety deposit boxes and control room keys while maintaining guest and owner privacy, security, and confidentiality • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and forward them to appropriate departments • Prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies, including arrival packets • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities

Your role in resort operations will be essential to delivering the warm, friendly service that defines Hilton Grand Vacations. • At least 6 months of Front Desk or Guest Services experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize duties, and meet organizational demands • Prior experience with credit card transactions and data entry • Ability to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays • Ability to work a full 8‑hour shift, standing and walking, with or without reasonable accommodations • Bilingual ability (preferred but not required)
