About the Role
In this role you will stay current with technical theory and operational discipline, supporting key projects and providing daily updates to senior staff. What You Bring
The ideal candidate puts safety first, has at least six months of wireless telecommunications experience, and holds a two‑year technical degree or military equivalent. You must be able to read site plans, understand RF and circuit theory, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong problem‑solving, leadership, and attention‑to‑detail in both independent and team settings. • Adapt quickly to change and seek a holistic understanding to respond effectively. • Maintain solid understanding of theory and application related to RAN. • Possess advanced understanding of applications related to transport. • Track record of completing work with high quality. • Hands‑on problem‑solving approach for complex challenges. • Minimum 6 months wireless telecommunications or related experience. • Two‑year vocational degree in a technical discipline (military equivalent preferred). • Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and statements of work. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office suite. • Operational knowledge of interconnecting circuits such as T1, T3, and microwave radio. • Valid driver’s license and compliance with company motor vehicle policy. • Understanding of basic RF engineering, radio frequency theory, and electricity/electronics. • Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback. • Creative and innovative problem‑solving capabilities. • Basic leadership skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Capability to work independently or within a team. • Strong attention to detail.
