About the Role

The Guest Relations Executive reports to the Lobby Manager and works full‑time on‑site in Bangalore. The role is responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests, managing the front office in line with company policies, and meeting defined KPIs and service level agreements. Working 48 hours per week, you will greet visitors, issue badges, coordinate with site personnel and ensure safety and security protocols are followed. • Greet visitors and provide courteous front‑office service. • Notify site personnel of guest arrivals and coordinate follow‑up. • Issue and manage visitor badges, temporary cards, and ID/access cards. • Conduct safety briefings and provide emergency/safety brochures. • Verify visitor authorization and maintain visitor logbook. • Assist visitors with disabilities and ensure lobby cleanliness. • Scan laptop details, check government IDs, and manage badge returns. • Handle complaints/feedback and escalate as needed. • Coordinate with night‑shift staff for large parties and badge preparation. • Reconcile and shred daily badges; participate in emergency evacuation procedures. • Follow Accenture‑specific processes and security protocols.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and strong customer‑service focus. • Outstanding problem‑solving and ability to work flexible hours. • Proven experience as a Guest Relations Executive. • Ability to present confidently to clients. • Proficiency with visitor‑management software and MS Office. • Team‑player mindset in a customer‑service environment. • BHM or bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2–4 years overall experience; 2–3 years in FM services/hotel industry. • Computer literacy and vendor/people management skills. • Strong planning, prioritizing and organizing abilities. • Positive attitude, teamwork and achievement orientation.
