About the Role
The Surveyor will carry out land and field surveys, conduct geodetic calculations, and collaborate with clients and contractors to verify project survey requirements. All surveying tasks must be completed on schedule and within the allocated man‑hour and cost budgets, while ensuring proper setting‑out, level checks, and protection of service locations. Accurate documentation—including field books, sketches, calculations, and as‑built drawings—will be maintained and reviewed. • Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations. • Interface with clients and contractors to verify survey requirements. • Complete surveying tasks on schedule within budget. • Check setting‑out, levels, and service locations, ensuring their protection. • Maintain survey documentation (field books, sketches, calculations). • Verify shop drawings, control points, benchmarks, and earthwork cross‑sections. • Prepare and review as‑built drawings. • Participate in site health and safety initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying and possess at least seven years of overall experience, with a minimum of three years in the UAE, preferably on roads, bridges, or other infrastructure projects. Proficiency with survey equipment such as total stations, levels, theodolites, and CAD tools like MicroStation and AutoCAD is required, along with strong English communication skills. Applicants must be currently available in the UAE and have recent UAE work experience.
