About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Successful candidates typically come from customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
