The Senior Maintenance Professional will lead predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for critical equipment, develop standardized processes to improve performance, safety, and quality, participate in equipment selection and installation, manage equipment lifecycle, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Lead comprehensive maintenance activities including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for critical manufacturing equipment • Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize equipment performance, safety protocols, and quality standards • Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution of production processes • Execute lifecycle management plans for machinery and process equipment • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
