What You Bring
IES Residential is seeking a Junior Plumbing Estimator who is detail‑oriented and organized. The role involves evaluating bid specifications and analyzing blueprints, proposals, and other documentation to prepare competitive bids for plumbing service projects. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and 0‑2 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational, time‑management, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential, as is proficiency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
