About the Role
The Engineer operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to achieve efficient operation and longevity. Daily tasks include preventive maintenance, repair work orders, facility inspections, and reporting conditions that affect client occupancy, while updating work order status in real time using CMMS tools such as Corrigo. • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on building systems. • Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy. • Update work order status in real time using CMMS (e.g., Corrigo). • Submit daily P‑card receipts and be available for call‑in work.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid state driver’s license and obtain a universal CFC recovery certification within 90 days of employment. Required qualifications include at least four years of technical experience in building engineering with strong expertise in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical systems, and production equipment, as well as the ability to respond to call‑in work. Preferred qualifications are experience with CMMS work‑order systems, proficiency in Word and Excel, and a minimum of two years of trade‑school or apprenticeship training in electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC. This position does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. • Maintain a valid state driver’s license. • Obtain universal CFC recovery certification within 90 days of hire. • Minimum 4 years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment. • Knowledge of system design and commercial refrigeration troubleshooting. • Experience with CMMS/work order systems (preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred). • Two years of trade school or apprenticeship in electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC (preferred).
