About the Role
• Support design and implementation of ICT/ELV systems for stadium operations to meet FIFA standards. • Coordinate integration of structured cabling, networking/Wi‑Fi, IBS/DAS, AV, BMS interfaces, and fire & life safety systems. • Manage ICT/ELV infrastructure from design through commissioning. • Provide technical input to architectural and MEP teams and review design changes. • Ensure operational readiness for match‑day technology and keep ICT requirements up to date. • Liaise with stakeholders to verify resilience and redundancy measures. • Support design reviews, resolve issues, and deliver timely technical feedback for cohesive execution. • Prioritize safety, ensuring a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment. • Focus on delivering quality outcomes and building long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunities by fostering continuous improvement and inspiring team development.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Hold a degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. • Possess 10–15 years of experience in ICT/ELV systems design and implementation. • Have large‑scale project experience, preferably in stadiums or sports facilities. • Be proficient with CAD/BIM tools for ICT/ELV layout production. • Know industry codes, standards, and best practices. • Be familiar with LEED and sustainability principles. • Have exposure to design review processes and design management methodologies. • Demonstrate strong coordination skills across multiple disciplines. • Bring prior experience in sports or mega‑event projects.
