About the Role
Property Managers operate independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls as needed. • Work flexible full‑time hours from 9:30 am‑6:00 pm, with weekend shifts ending at 5:00 pm. • Independently manage multiple storage locations and assess customers’ storage requirements. • Recommend and sell packing and moving supplies to customers. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and handle payment reminder/collection calls. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and spend up to half the shift outdoors, including stair climbing and door operation. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking or standing outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and routine maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal, are also part of the duties. Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑oriented sales backgrounds such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food environments and must have a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursement provided).
