About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer you will support engineering teams delivering inspiring, demanding, and collaborative designs, sharing responsibility, rewards, and recognition for innovative solutions and client satisfaction. • Create basic designs under senior engineer direction • Learn drawing organization and company standards • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for diverse project types • Coordinate designs with other trades under senior guidance • Support design and engineering for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments • Assist engineers with field investigations and site visits • Participate in EDT program training sessions and related activities • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing education seminars

What You Bring
The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, can work independently when needed, is eager to learn, and will broaden hands‑on experience by tackling challenging projects and leveraging technical resources. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating Winter 2025 – Summer 2026) • Previous engineering internship experience (a plus) • Knowledge of latest MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience preferred • Proficient in design/calculation software and MS Office Suite • FE or EIT certification preferred
