What You Bring
HDR seeks a part‑time Principal Consultant who provides executive‑level advisory services that add value through strategic insight, organizational consulting, program management, and a range of specialized service areas. • BS and MS in Planning, Engineering, or related field (required) • 25+ years executive management and advisory experience in transportation policy and program development (preferred) • Experience with transit clients in North America and international markets • Proven ability to deliver project requirements, risk assessments, and reporting on schedule • Minimum 20 years consulting experience with strong analytical and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, organizational, and follow‑up skills
