Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

About the Role

The role is for a Senior Scheduler on a data‑center construction project in Rayville, Louisiana. The position requires onsite presence Monday‑Friday, with a preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate; a per‑diem is offered for those unable to move. The scheduler will develop and manage construction schedules for mission‑critical facilities, apply best‑practice project controls, and communicate closely with stakeholders in a client‑facing capacity. • Travel regularly to the construction site and work onsite Monday‑Friday in Rayville, LA. • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors. • Develop and maintain end‑to‑end construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi‑project environments. • Capture schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction teams and feed it into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling procedures aligned with company and contractor expectations. • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to preserve schedule integrity and provide quality‑assured reporting. • Consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and generate status reports and progress updates for the client. • Produce high‑level look‑ahead reports (1, 3, 6 months) and perform probabilistic and trend analyses. • Conduct critical‑path, schedule‑risk and variance analyses, flagging potential delays and recommending corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with SOX controls where applicable. • Create large‑scale construction schedules in Primavera P6, preferably for mission‑critical facilities. • Work independently to produce concept‑level schedules from limited information. • Communicate effectively to advise project management on schedule issues. • Convert schedule data into Tableau reports and graphics.

What You Bring

• Understand MEP systems, construction drawings, specifications and sequencing. • Hold a BS in Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. • AACE PSP certification is beneficial; EIT certification is preferred.
