About the Role
The role provides the highest level of customer service by collaborating with the Sales team—including Sales Directors, Regional Managers, Account Specialists, and Sr. Account Specialists—and is primarily responsible for supporting the team with quotes, scheduling, order entry, and other transactions for the assigned region. • Manage committed customers with and without inventory less than $5M annually • Manage basic consignment inventory across 1–4 locations • Proactively prepare and understand basic price adjustments • Assist with RFQs for assigned contract customers • Prioritize incoming emails and tasks to meet deadlines • Communicate pertinent information with cross‑functional teams and supervisor as required • Work with Sales Support Specialist for master data requests • Communicate effectively with customers
