About the Role
The Day Porter is responsible for cleaning and stocking supplies in all public areas, both inside and outside the assigned building, including restrooms as needed, and must respond to business management needs promptly and effectively. • Gather and empty trash and recycling. • Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. • Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage. • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners and tools. • Learn and follow safety procedures and policy. • Clean debris and empty exterior trash cans. • Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
