About the Role
Associate Photographers are responsible for media collection on Homes.com and Apartments.com, using a Matterport Pro 3 camera, digital photography gear and an iPad to create virtual tours, floor plans and marketing photographs for residential homes and apartments. Each photographer works within a designated territory, schedules appointments, scans properties, and collaborates with clients, sales associates, logistics and a remote Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Produce high‑quality photographic portfolios of residential properties. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch to maximize appointments. • Survey one‑mile grids for commercial real‑estate data coverage when not on residential jobs. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment. • Represent CoStar professionally at all times. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring
The role requires up to eight hours of driving, standing and walking each day, with the ability to lift equipment up to five pounds and perform repetitive hand movements on tablets and cameras. Photographers must be able to work outdoors in all seasons, including weekends on a rotating schedule. Candidates need at least two years of professional real‑estate photography experience, a recent photography degree or professional background, and a FAA Part 107 drone license obtained within 30 days of hire. Strong time‑management, detail orientation, communication, and data‑entry skills are required, along with proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office and internet applications. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management.
