About the Role
Daily duties include grounds maintenance such as trash removal, pet waste cleanup, and sweeping walkways, as well as cleaning vacant units and performing basic repairs like replacing drip pans or outlet covers. All areas—including market‑ready apartments, common spaces, and amenities—must meet Weidner’s quality standards. • Perform daily grounds maintenance: pick up trash, remove pet waste, service pet waste stations, and sweep walkways. • Clean and prepare vacant units, including trash removal and basic screwdriver repairs (replace drip pans, outlet/switch covers, interior refrigerator cleaning). • Ensure apartments, common areas, and amenities are clean and meet Weidner’s quality standards each day. • Lift/carry up to 45 lb, use an appliance dolly to push/pull up to 85 lb, and climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs. • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and remain on feet for the entire shift. • Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and in a fast‑paced environment. • Communicate directions clearly in person, over the phone, via email, or text. • Follow Weidner’s Mission, Vision, Values, policies, Fair Housing regulations, and all applicable laws. • Maintain punctual attendance, wear the company uniform, and present a professional appearance at all times. • Maintain reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.

What You Bring
The Community Housekeeper 1 position is a full-time maintenance role located in Williston, ND. The employee will maintain common areas, keep the leasing office clean, and prepare homes for move‑in after vacancies. The role requires effective time management, attention to detail, trustworthiness, teamwork, and strong customer service when interacting with residents, associates, and vendors. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 45 lb, using a dolly for up to 85 lb, and working outdoors in various weather conditions while standing for the entire shift. They should be comfortable with fast‑paced work, possess good communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, and be willing to learn property‑management software. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with background‑check and drug‑testing policies are required. • Possess basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and be willing to learn Yardi and Paycom. • Work cooperatively in a team or independently; be flexible to work outside normal hours or at other Weidner properties as needed. • Demonstrate working knowledge of English, attention to detail, and strong organization skills. • Agree to a criminal background check and voluntary drug testing.
