About the Role

The role provides logistics advisory support to senior engineering and system managers, prepares monthly and ad‑hoc stock holding reports, and manages stock codes for EFB products and equipment schedules. It also maintains data integrity in MILIS and ERP systems for CAF16 products, supports field service representatives, conducts MILIS audits, and handles disposal of obsolete items. Daily responsibilities include executing logistics processes, managing risk, data and records, and codifying new Apple products. • Provide logistics advisory support to senior engineering and system managers. • Produce monthly and ad‑hoc stock holding reports and manage EFB product stock codes. • Maintain accurate data in MILIS and ERP systems for CAF16 products. • Support field service representatives, conduct MILIS audits, and dispose of obsolete items. • Execute daily logistics processes, including risk, data, record management and codification of new Apple products. • Manage stock holdings, codify equipment and oversee disposal activities across Defence systems. • Generate precise logistics reports, perform audits and analyse data for decision‑making. • Communicate effectively with senior managers, field representatives and system stakeholders. • Apply strong process and risk management to ensure compliance and record integrity. • Contribute to meaningful defence projects that protect Australia’s future.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong logistics and inventory management skills, including stock holding, equipment codification and disposal across Defence systems. Proficiency with MILIS and emerging ERP platforms, as well as the ability to generate accurate reports and analyse logistics data, is essential. Excellent stakeholder communication, risk and record management capabilities, and a current Negative Vetting 1 (or higher) security clearance are required, with possible ITAR compliance. • Demonstrate proficiency with MILIS and emerging ERP logistics platforms. • Hold a current Negative Vetting 1 (or higher) security clearance; ITAR compliance may be required.
