About the Role

You will oversee efficient check‑in and check‑out processes while coordinating front‑office activities with other departments to maintain high service standards. Resolving owner and guest concerns, providing special services, and supervising payroll and key‑control procedures are central to the role. You will also manage personnel functions such as hiring, training, performance reviews, scheduling, and recognition, fostering a cooperative work environment. Regular inspections of equipment and supplies ensure the department operates smoothly. • Lead efficient check‑in/check‑out and coordinate front‑office activities with other departments. • Resolve owner and guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. • Provide special services to owners and guests. • Manage personnel functions: hiring, orientation, training, performance reviews, counseling, scheduling, pay, and recognition. • Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management. • Promote team empowerment and enforce performance, uniform, and appearance standards. • Supervise payroll hours and reporting. • Inspect department equipment and supplies regularly for condition and stock. • Assist with owner and guest activities and recreation as needed. • Oversee key control procedures.

What You Bring
