Job Highlights
About the Role
The Lifestyle Coordinator works with the management team, Board of Directors, and committee members to ensure residents have a variety of activities, events, and fitness options to enjoy. The position is part‑time, 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. • Compile feedback and metrics to understand resident needs and set future goals. • Collaborate with community members, instructors, and maintenance staff to deliver quality experiences. • Identify activities, coordinate site and instructional requirements, and ensure programs run on schedule. • Purchase, monitor, and maintain supplies and inventory for readiness. • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. • Handle assigned administrative duties. • Provide professional customer service. • Apply time‑management and prioritize tasks under time‑critical conditions.
