About the Role

The technician is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including skilled manual construction, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and infrastructure systems, overseeing OEM technicians and contractors, interpreting technical manuals and schematics, advising operators on safe equipment usage, and keeping workspaces clean and compliant with safety regulations. • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain production machines and facility systems. • Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment. • Oversee OEM technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with site policies. • Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately. • Advise operators on safe equipment usage and communicate safety hazards. • Maintain clean, organized workspaces in accordance with safety regulations. • Support equipment installation, decommissioning, plumbing, carpentry, and special projects. • Work flexible overtime and adjust shift patterns to meet production needs. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and SAP for documentation and reporting.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold an associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance (or an apprenticeship) and have 3–5 years of manufacturing‑plant technician experience. They must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be flexible to work overtime or adjust shift patterns as production needs change. Preferred qualifications include proficiency across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding and machining disciplines; ability to read blue‑prints and schematics; hands‑on welding, pipe‑fitting, and manual machining experience; strong troubleshooting, OSHA/LOTO knowledge, and competency with Microsoft Office and SAP. Additional assets are HVAC certification, diesel‑engine experience, and familiarity with Rolls‑Royce Solutions America products. • Conduct skilled manual construction, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing infrastructure. • Hold an associate degree (or apprenticeship) with 3‑5 years of manufacturing technician experience. • Possess proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and machining disciplines. • Read and interpret mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic blueprints and schematics. • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and OSHA/LOTO knowledge.
