Job Highlights
About the Role
• Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer-specific safety requirements along with immediately identifying, correcting, and/or reporting any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner. • Conduct electrical work, including wiring and connecting solar system components. • Provide customer service and answer any client questions. • Install solar combiner boxes, inverters, and switchgear • Analyzes blueprints effectively and utilizes such information on jobsite. • Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions. • Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles. • Work with the installation team to complete projects efficiently. • Complete installation up to standards including safety and quality. • Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate. • Install, maintain and troubleshoot solar panels and equipment.

What You Bring
• Works as a member of a cohesive team while demonstrating ability to work without direct supervision. • Experience with the proper installation and alignment of racking systems for both rooftop and ground mount solar arrays, ensuring secure and stable mounting that meets all safety standards and maximizes energy efficiency.
