About the Role

The Maintenance Technician III leads service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment, designs solutions for complex problems, and manages projects while mentoring both service and contract technicians. • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems and related control components. • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, motor starters, sensors, and solenoids. • Create, assign, and close work orders with detailed labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts data. • Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. • Mentor junior and contract technicians, providing training and support. • Maintain positive working relationships across the operations facility.

What You Bring

Physical demands include reaching overhead, kneeling, climbing ladders or aerial lifts, lifting up to 50 lb, and working in varying temperatures while wearing required PPE. The role also requires regular computer use for work order management. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment, preventative maintenance, and blueprint reading. • Demonstrate 3+ years of experience with a CMMS, work order management, and PLC programming. • Experience acting in a team‑lead capacity, vendor management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Preferred: Associate or higher degree in mechanical/electrical fields, robotic operation experience, and industrial building systems maintenance.
