About the Role
The role involves performing supply and warehouse duties for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program – Philippines (MCPP-PHIL). The technician reports to the MCPP-PHIL Supply Supervisor, receives initial training in Jacksonville, FL, and further USMC Contractor Replenishment Cell training before deployment. Key duties include coordinating and executing supply and warehouse management, maintaining a compliant materiel management program, handling acquisition, distribution, storage, and disposition of equipment, ensuring asset accountability, reviewing invoices and requisitions, training junior technicians, and adhering to safety, policy, and ISO standards. • Coordinate and execute supply and warehouse management functions for MCPP‑PHIL equipment and supplies. • Maintain a compliant materiel management program aligned with contract SOW and Marine Corps policies. • Manage acquisition, distribution, storage, accountability, and disposition of equipment and supplies. • Review invoices and requisitions to plan and prioritize work activities. • Train and mentor junior technicians in all supply‑related tasks. • Create and review requisitions for equipment and materials within budget guidelines. • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, personnel policies, and ISO standards.

What You Bring
Candidates must have an associate degree (or equivalent coursework) and at least five years of progressive logistics experience, including supervisory responsibilities. U.S. citizenship, a valid driver’s license, passport, ability to pass an FBI background check, and eligibility for a Philippine work visa are required. Preferred qualifications include USMC MOS 3043, knowledge of Marine Corps regulations, industry certifications, automation skills, and strong communication abilities. • Possess an associate degree (or equivalent) and ≥5 years logistics experience, including supervisory duties. • Must be U.S. citizen with valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to obtain Philippine work visa. • Preferred: USMC MOS 3043, knowledge of Marine Corps regulations, industry certifications, automation/scripting skills, and strong communication.
