About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Machine Operator to build high‑quality air‑conditioning units. The role includes operating brake press, CNC turret, and insulation stations in a safety‑first environment that offers room for advancement. The operator will perform basic machine set‑ups and run equipment such as brake press, turret, hairpin, fin press, and expander, fabricating, cutting, shaping and drilling metal parts to exact blueprint specifications while maintaining continuous production and quality standards. The role requires managing time, troubleshooting, distinguishing value‑added from non‑value‑added activities, collecting production metrics, performing preventative maintenance, and being flexible for overtime or shift changes. • Operate brake press, CNC turret, insulation and other metal‑fabricating machines. • Set up, run and troubleshoot equipment to meet blueprint specifications and production targets. • Perform first‑article inspections and report quality issues. • Follow safety protocols (JSA, PPE, 5S) and maintain a clean work area. • Use Microsoft Office and ERP systems to track production data. • Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery. • Provide overtime coverage and shift flexibility as needed.

What You Bring
Key knowledge includes reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and shop orders, understanding safety procedures (JSA, PPE, 5S), keeping the work area clean, conducting first‑article inspections, and using Microsoft Office and ERP systems to manage production data. Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED or craft apprenticeship, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical documents in English. Working conditions involve a noisy, dusty industrial environment with exposure to non‑toxic fumes, chemicals, grease and moving machinery. Physical demands include frequent lifting of up to 30 lb (occasionally 50 lb), standing, walking on concrete, climbing, and occasional work at heights or in confined spaces. • Require high school diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant experience or apprenticeship. • Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to read technical documents. • Physically capable of lifting 30 lb frequently, standing/walking on concrete, and working in noisy, dusty conditions.

Benefits
The position is located in Largo, FL and is a full‑time night shift (Monday‑Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM) with overtime as needed, paying $18.18 per hour plus benefits.
