About the Role

The Recreation Attendant (Desk Attendant) monitors resident and guest use of club facilities to ensure compliance with Rules & Regulations and assists with operation and maintenance duties. The position is located at Centre Village Condos in downtown Minneapolis, MN, with weekend/night shifts on Friday and Saturday nights from 11 pm to 7 am. The hourly rate is $22. • Greet and assist residents and guests in person, by phone, and email. • Inform residents and guests of facility Rules & Regulations. • Process amenity reservation requests. • Log calls and visitor information in the provided notebook. • Check voicemail at the start of each shift and after rounds. • Sweep lobby, especially in winter, and remove trash from entryways. • Complete shift report noting damage, violations, noise, or repair needs. • Inspect lobby, common areas, packages, trash areas, elevators, stairways, event lounge, bathroom, gym, spa, and pool deck for issues. • Verify packages have unit numbers. • During pool season, lock the pool area at closing and check the lock. • Walk each floor, photograph and report any damage, trash, mechanical problems, burnt bulbs, or water. • Change elevator and skyway doors according to schedule on first and third shifts.

Physical demands include regular standing, reaching above shoulders, using hands for data entry, and communicating verbally and in writing; occasional sitting is required for processing information.
