About the Role
The In‑house Sales Leader role in New York City will have you steering a team that showcases the luxurious offerings of HGV, turning dreams of unforgettable vacations into reality. You will mentor, coach, and model best‑in‑class sales and customer‑service practices while driving company success. • Generate maximum sales efficiency while exceeding net sales volume targets. • Promote and uphold the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture. • Mentor and lead the sales team, modeling effective sales and customer‑service practices. • Maintain a professional image that reflects HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service. • Supervise all aspects of the sales line to ensure high performance.

What You Bring
• Demonstrated track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales. • Minimum 2 years experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members. • At least 2 years front‑to‑back timeshare sales experience, including closing sales. • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent required.
