About the Role
The Facility Executive Technical (PHE) supports the Assistant Manager Engineering/Engineering Manager in managing mechanical and plumbing installations and all civil maintenance within the facility. This role is responsible for preparing critical spares lists, implementing preventive maintenance programmes, and reviewing contractor service practices to ensure quality work aligned with manufacturer recommendations. Key duties include maintaining logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules, managing equipment downtime and breakdowns, arranging ad‑hoc M&E setups as required by the client, and ensuring contractors adhere to house rules to minimise inconvenience. The incumbent may also assume Assistant Facility Manager responsibilities and independently handle all engineering‑related matters during shifts. Daily walk‑arounds of the facility are conducted to meet best‑practice service standards, while policies, procedures and compliance deadlines are established and followed. The role formulates the yearly Environment Management plan in line with Infosys ESG goals, sets M&E objectives and management plans per Infosys BCMS policy, and strives for 99.5 % timely AHD closure. The position tracks the Simpliance tool for annual maintenance contracts, ensures maintenance schedules and shutdowns are coordinated with OEMs, and updates statutory documents such as calibration and pollution‑control records. Comprehensive records – including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly and yearly logs – are prepared and submitted to the Facility Manager for all PHE activities. Reporting responsibilities encompass daily consumption and work schedule reports, weekly highlights and R&M trackers, and monthly dashboards covering water usage, stock, billing, statutory compliance, and equipment status. Year‑end duties include assisting the FM with R&M and utility projections and preparing sludge monitoring reports. • Support Assistant Manager Engineering in overseeing mechanical, plumbing, and civil maintenance. • Prepare and manage critical spares inventory per manufacturer recommendations. • Implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment failures. • Review and enforce M&E contractor service practices against quality standards. • Maintain logbooks, checklists, and planned preventive maintenance schedules. • Manage equipment downtime, breakdowns, and arrange ad‑hoc M&E setups. • Conduct daily facility walk‑arounds and ensure contractor compliance with house rules. • Develop annual Environment Management and M&E objectives aligned with ESG and BCMS policies. • Achieve ≥99.5 % timely AHD closure and track Simpliance tool usage. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual engineering reports and dashboards. • Generate service maintenance, inventory, and downtime incident reports. • Work on‑site in Noida, UP, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.
