About the Role
Based on site, the Project Sr. HSE Inspector reports daily to the Site Manager or HSE Supervisor and supports all Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives, including training, report writing, quality control, and plan development. The role is accountable for HSE administration duties and the implementation of the site HSE Training Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory health standards to prevent workplace hazards and diseases. • Develop HSE training modules and procedures using company, client, and regulatory resources • Present HSE training to small groups with hands‑on illustrations • Plan and schedule HSE training and meeting activities • Upholds B&R Business Ethics and Code of Conduct • Holds team members accountable to promote teamwork and achieve goals • Coaches and engages subordinates professionally, cultivating respect and trust • Assists other team members whenever possible • Builds and fosters co‑worker and client relationships • Works closely with the B&R Site Manager/HSE Supervisor to support core values • Develops HSE training modules referencing company, client, and regulatory procedures • Delivers and presents HSE training modules to employees at all levels • Maintains and monitors employee training matrix • Coordinates and schedules training sessions to prevent expirations • Maintains the company Incident Management System for site entries • Participates in gate greet assignments • Conducts daily end‑of‑shift safety huddles to confirm employee fitness and task completion • May lead and plan participation in the B&R Site Monthly Mass Safety Meeting • Participates in B&R monthly conference calls (RSLT and Focus Meetings) • Engages in daily/weekly B&R/Client safety audits and records findings • Maintains weekly safety audit matrix with corrective actions • May join daily/weekly DuPont capital project/maintenance planning meetings • Supports quality service values and customer satisfaction initiatives • Reviews systems and procedures to develop related training modules • Creates and sustains a personal safe work environment through supervision, coaching, and process improvement • Identifies opportunities for outstanding employee HSE performance and facilitates recognition

What You Bring
The position typically requires 5‑7 years of related HSE experience, 3‑5 years of classroom instruction experience, and at least a High School Diploma/GED, with additional certifications from technical programs or NCCER considered a plus. Candidates must possess general computer skills (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong verbal communication abilities for classroom, radio, and plant intercom settings. • High School Diploma/GED • Capable of working in dusty, hot, cold, or wet conditions (snow‑rain) • 5‑7 years of related HSE experience with certifications/qualifications (e.g., NCCER) • 3‑5 years of classroom instruction experience in fast‑paced maintenance/construction environments • General computer skills (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong verbal communication in classroom, radio, and intercom settings • Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, elevated walkways and work in confined or awkward positions for extended periods • Exhibits leadership, enhances teamwork, and leads by example • Demonstrates commitment to company values and uses synergy between work groups
