Job Highlights
About the Role
The Customer Care Center serves as the first point of contact for 1‑800‑Carrier calls across North America, assisting residential HVAC homeowners and Carrier dealers with parts and technical support. Training lasts 2‑3 weeks on‑site, split between classroom instruction and hands‑on system experience. • Deliver quality customer service under supervision. • Respond to inquiries about product availability, maintenance, and order status. • Resolve basic service or billing complaints. • Record details of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken. • Connect customers with appropriate dealers through warm transfers. • Provide warranty information and product comparisons. • Use the internal database to route calls to the correct department. • Meet standardized call‑center metrics and maintain punctuality and break schedules.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months inbound call‑center experience. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce experience. • Exhibit above‑average verbal and written communication skills.
