About the Role

The Finance Master Data role focuses on producing and distributing standard internal management reports while establishing and sustaining master data policies, rules, and standards for the Finance organization. The position expands report scope, enhances process efficiency, and supports ad‑hoc reporting and analytics to drive business decisions. Key duties include maintaining strong partnerships with Business Areas and Finance, facilitating demand management for additional reporting, continuously improving reporting solutions, and ensuring data compliance through monitoring and exception reporting. The incumbent also develops analytics to optimize financial results, oversees capital compliance, and leads training and change‑adoption initiatives. • Produce and distribute timely, accurate internal financial management reports. • Maintain and enforce WBS and IO master data policies, rules, and standards. • Manage ad‑hoc reporting demand and collaborate with Business Systems to deploy dashboards. • Continuously enhance reporting solutions and monitor data‑standard compliance. • Develop analytics to provide insights for financial optimization and capital compliance. • Lead training on reporting tools, master data creation, and support change adoption. • Serve as project leader for special initiatives and develop work instructions.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and bring at least seven years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Experience with SAP Business Intelligence reporting tools and SAP financial master data is advantageous, along with strong communication, project management, and problem‑solving abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA preferred. • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, or strategic planning. • Experience with SAP Business Intelligence and SAP financial master data; strong communication and project management skills.
