About the Role
The Process BIM Digital Design Specialist works under the supervision of an architect or engineer and is responsible for the discipline‑specific BIM model. This includes generating BIM elements according to the Level of Development outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan, creating detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams, and maintaining model accuracy (coordinates, scales, orientations, and view sets). The specialist also coordinates designs with other disciplines through design reviews and 3D coordination, and monitors model health and company standards. Additional digital delivery tasks may be assigned as needed. • Develop and maintain discipline‑specific BIM models per the Digital Delivery Plan. • Generate BIM elements, detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using current 3D software. • Ensure model integrity—including coordinates, scales, orientations, and accurate documentation. • Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines through design reviews and 3D coordination processes. • Monitor and improve BIM standards and overall model health. • Support additional digital delivery requirements as identified on projects.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a technical degree or at least three years of related industry experience and be proficient with 3D design software, coordination tools, and document management systems. Strong competency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills are essential.
