Create and scale AI‑enabled, cross‑product service offerings for education customers
Job Highlights
About the Role
The Service Offering Manager defines, designs, and operationalizes service offerings that support education customers in their adoption and transformation with Autodesk technology, focusing on horizontal, cross‑product experiences that leverage AI capabilities and platform services. The role requires deep understanding of the education landscape, including K‑12, vocational, higher education, and alternative academic programs. In this role you will synthesize customer, product, and market inputs to create scalable offerings across regions and product portfolios, partnering with platform, business model, product, digital experience, sales, and education teams to bring these offerings to market. The position is open in NAMER and EMEA and can be hybrid or remote, working across geographically diverse teams and time zones. • Design and launch education‑focused, horizontally scoped offerings that integrate Autodesk AI, platform services, and product portfolio to achieve measurable learning outcomes. • Create end‑to‑end service offerings spanning multiple products, defining customer experience, success metrics, delivery models, journey maps, templates, business models, and pricing. • Partner with Platform & Engineering and Product teams to translate AI capabilities into repeatable services. • Collaborate with Education and Industry teams to align offerings with instructor, learner, institution, and buyer needs. • Define success metrics such as time‑to‑value, adoption, NPS, license consumption, and learning outcomes. • Use customer feedback, market data, and competitive insights to prioritize roadmaps and evolve content, scope, and pricing. • Provide program management for design, pilot, and scale phases, including launch checklists, enablement plans, and risk mitigation for compliant deployments. • Ensure offerings address privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations, coordinating with Trust/Privacy teams. • Build and maintain relationships with academic partners, resellers, and platform partners to expand distribution and co‑delivery. • Collaborative and influential, building alignment across product, platform, sales, marketing, and delivery. • Customer‑centric, representing education buyers and translating institutional needs into product requirements. • Data‑driven, defining clear success metrics and iterating based on data.
