About the Role
As a Multi‑Trade Operative you will deliver first‑class plumbing services and other trade work across our properties in Southampton, Basingstoke and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and within required deadlines. • Deliver first‑class plumbing and multi‑trade services to properties. • Perform maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs. • Complete all tasks efficiently and meet required deadlines. • Provide high‑quality customer care on site.

What You Bring
The successful candidate must be a reliable, experienced plumber with additional trade skills, hold a valid UK driving licence, and be able to provide excellent customer care. The role requires a Basic Criminal Record Check, eligibility to work in the UK, and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment. • Proven experience as a plumber with additional trade skills. • Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided). • Pass a Basic Criminal Record Check. • Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales.

Benefits
We are offering a permanent position based in Southampton and Basingstoke, working 40 hours per week with a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus overtime.
