About the Role
The loader operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating loader equipment to move materials. Duties include inspecting and maintaining equipment, loading and unloading materials according to production requirements, following all safety protocols, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. • Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move materials. • Perform equipment inspections and maintenance for optimal performance. • Load and unload materials according to production schedules. • Follow all safety protocols and site procedures. • Work in conditions with mechanical equipment, inclement weather, temperature extremes, humidity, and high noise levels.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $29.15 per hour, and the position includes union‑provided benefits such as medical, dental, vision, pension, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
