The Technician I role focuses on performing preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, from aerial work platforms to large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil & gas machinery. What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; trade school training and 1–3 years of experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment are strongly preferred. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting fundamentals, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment are essential. The position may require you to provide your own tools and, depending on the location, bilingual (Spanish or other) communication skills. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, both indoors and outdoors. • Hold a high school diploma/GED; 1–3 years of diesel or heavy‑equipment experience preferred. • Possess knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and strong troubleshooting abilities. • Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment; may need to supply personal tools. • Physical requirements include lifting ≥50 lb and frequent bending, squatting, and reaching.
