About the Role

The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers from first contact through closing, using proactive sales techniques and strong customer‑relationship management. The role requires a solid understanding of the housing market to ensure a seamless buying experience. It combines sales, service, and coordination across multiple internal teams. Key duties include engaging visitors, generating and closing sales with the 10‑5‑2‑1 approach, maintaining model and inventory homes, and traveling in the community to prospect leads. Consultants also monitor daily traffic, develop market knowledge, and collaborate with internal departments to guarantee smooth transactions. Participation in sales meetings and marketing initiatives supports overall sales growth. • Engage visitors, build relationships, assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales from self‑generated or referred leads with the 10‑5‑2‑1 selling approach. • Provide consistent follow‑through from initial contact through closing and post‑closing, maintaining accurate communication records. • Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; report and resolve maintenance issues promptly. • Travel throughout the local community to prospect leads from Realtors, co‑brokers, referrals, and self‑prospecting. • Develop in‑depth knowledge of market trends, community details, product offerings, advertising strategies, and customer demographics. • Track daily customer traffic using company‑designated tools. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
