About the Role
• Assist lead installers with residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork • Load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites • Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment • Follow installation instructions and safety procedures at all times • Support basic electrical, refrigerant line, and duct connections under supervision • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles • Provide courteous, professional interaction with homeowners
