About the Role
• Assist the registered Landscape Architect in developing site design projects from concept through construction documentation. • Conduct site visits, analyses, and create illustrations using hand‑drawn and computer‑rendered graphics. • Provide AutoCAD production support during concept, schematic, design development, and construction document phases. • Investigate site variables such as building operation, traffic, grading and storm drainage.

What You Bring
• Master’s degree. • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, advanced 3D modeling, computational design and rendering tools (Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape). • Internship or prior work experience as a landscape designer. • Strong hand‑sketching and drawing skills. • Demonstrated design sensibility: creativity, clear visual communication, rigorous iterative concept exploration. • Understanding of technical aspects of landscape architecture, including construction materials, grading, drainage, plant materials and planting design. • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering. • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. • Photoshop proficiency a plus. • Ability to prepare site plans and understand grading and drainage principles. • Strong oral and written communication skills.
