About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow established policies and procedures. The Lead will coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance, and will supervise the assigned location when the Manager is not present. This role also involves maintaining clean and safe environments for workers and customers by demonstrating established standards. The position requires operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, supporting general janitorial duties as needed, and safely using a forklift. The work schedule is a 6 am to 2:30 pm shift at 1631 Bently Parkway South, Minden, NV, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour and access to ABM's comprehensive benefits package. • Ensure facility operations adhere to company policies and procedures • Coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and guide team members • Supervise the assigned location in the manager’s absence • Maintain clean and safe environments for workers and customers • Operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and perform janitorial duties • Safely operate a forklift as part of daily responsibilities • Work the 6 am – 2:30 pm shift at the Minden, NV location
