About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer will join the West Specialist Team, collaborating with business development and operations to produce client‑facing and internal materials for pursuits such as RFQs, RFPs, interviews, and pre‑qualification efforts. • Design advanced graphics and multimedia for complex, high‑stakes proposals and qualifications. • Partner with proposal and capture managers to align visuals with pursuit strategies and regional priorities. • Create custom presentations, storyboard content, and plan narratives for interview teams. • Produce print and digital documents using branded templates and guidelines. • Develop branded graphics, templates, illustrations, and select appropriate imagery from digital libraries. • Participate in pursuit planning sessions, storyboarding, and review meetings (e.g., Pink and Red reviews). • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to create technical illustrations, charts, and photorealistic graphics. • Provide technical and logistical support for presentations, video conferences, and key review sessions. • Process comments, edit graphic elements, and resolve issues before final submission. • Ensure quality‑assurance and quality‑control standards across proposal and marketing materials. • Contribute best practices to the marketing organization and support template development. • Adopt new tools and technologies to improve design efficiency and collaboration. • Engage in graphics roundtables and marketing best‑practice teams, giving and receiving constructive feedback. • Oversee final document preparation for production, packaging, and shipment. • Manage challenging situations diplomatically, handling confidential or sensitive issues with discretion.

What You Bring
This hybrid role can be based in several U.S. cities—including Los Angeles/Orange County, Dallas, Austin, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, and San Francisco/Oakland—allowing a mix of remote and in‑office work. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of graphic‑design experience, with expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of design best practices, visual storytelling, and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) is required; a six‑year background and familiarity with the A/E industry are preferred.
