About the Role
The Foreman role is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of an assigned organization, supporting the company's goals across operations, maintenance, fuels, or instrumentation and controls. The position ensures safe, continuous, and economical processes while adhering to business ethics and regulatory compliance. • Develop and execute work schedules, ensuring timely task completion. • Coach employees on processes, procedures, and best practices. • Communicate effectively with team members, other foremen, and management to share necessary information. • Coordinate handovers with other foremen and shifts to maintain safe, reliable operations. • Troubleshoot equipment and personnel issues using sound judgment and decision‑making. • Develop employee skill sets on the job. • Direct work to meet safety and productivity goals and enforce work practices. • Ensure employee actions reflect customer awareness and concern. • Recommend performance improvements to staff and management. • Participate in formal employee performance evaluations. • Perform additional duties as directed, including duty coverage, call‑outs, and outage support.

What You Bring
Candidates must have an Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or a high‑school diploma with 18 months of trade or technical training in Power Plant Technology. Eight years of experience as a technician in power‑plant operations, maintenance, fuels, or I&C is required, or a minimum six‑month rotation in a Shift Foreman role. Applicants must meet access and medical requirements applicable to the position.
