About the Role
• Manage on‑site administrative and technical Quality Assurance program for civil construction activities. • Organize and direct QA inspections across single or multi‑discipline civil projects. • Serve as primary contact for inspectors and coordinate daily QA functions with client representatives. • Attend and support meetings, prepare correspondence, and maintain official construction site records. • Implement and maintain the QA program to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and industry standards. • Review contractor submittals for completeness and compliance, overseeing the Submittal and RFI processes. • Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and inspectors. • Conduct complex inspections, investigations, and tests of on‑site plant, materials, and equipment. • Oversee final inspections, prepare punch lists, and assess work completeness and acceptability. • Document, resolve, and close out deficient or non‑compliant construction installations.

What You Bring

The position is based on‑site in Washington, DC, and requires interaction with inspectors, client representatives, and DOD personnel. • BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience. • US citizenship required. • Experience in time‑sensitive environments with direct client interaction and high accountability. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
