About the Role

The Field Recruiter role owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations and works closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver qualified talent that supports business growth and performance. This is a temporary‑to‑permanent position with strong potential for long‑term growth within the Talent Acquisition team. • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring needs and priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach. • Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demand. • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions. • Ensure a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience. • Keep accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

• Possess 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high-volume. • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus). • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
